How it works
Draft is a staging area for LiveOps ideas and draft work that is not ready for schedule commitment. It prevents timeline noise while preserving event, campaign, and release context.
How to use
- Capture all early ideas in Draft instead of placing uncertain work on the timeline.
- Use folders to group draft events by campaign, team, or planning horizon.
- Add basic context, tags, and links in Draft so promotion later is faster.
- Move ready events from Draft to timeline only when dates and ownership are confirmed.
- Move events back to Draft if plans change and schedule certainty drops again.
