Terms of Use
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") govern the use of the web application "enline" (the "Application"), owned and maintained by Rodion Trofimov (the "Author").
1.2. By accessing or using the Application you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Agreement.
1.3. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not access or use the Application.
2. License and Acceptable Use
2.1. The Author grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Application solely for creating, editing, or managing `.enline` files within your own Google Drive account.
2.2. You agree not to:
- sell, rent, or sublicense the Application;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of closed components;
- circumvent security mechanisms, rate limits, or authorization flows;
- use the Application to violate any applicable law or third-party rights, including copyright or data protection laws;
- misuse third-party notification providers linked with the Application (Mailgun, Slack, Firebase) for spam or abusive behavior.
3. User Content and Responsibility
3.1. All `.enline` files, assets, and associated comments you create or modify remain your property and stay in your Google Drive account. You are solely responsible for backing up, securing, and lawfully using your content.
3.2. You confirm that you have the right to store and share any materials you process through the Application.
3.3. The Author is not responsible for the content of files opened or generated through the Application.
4. Service Availability
4.1. The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". The Author may suspend or discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice.
4.2. The Author does not guarantee continuous, secure, or error-free operation. Maintenance windows and third-party outages (Google, Firebase, Mailgun, Slack, etc.) may affect availability.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
5.1. The Author disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5.2. You use the Application at your own risk. The Author makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of data processed within the Application.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Application.
6.2. The Author's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed USD 1 (one US dollar).
7. Indemnification
7.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Author from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the Application, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of third-party rights.
8. Governing Law
8.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Author's place of residence, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Analytics and Error Tracking
9.1. The Application uses Google Analytics (Firebase Analytics) to collect anonymous usage data and Sentry to track application errors.
9.2. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and processing of data by these services as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Beta Version Disclaimer
10.1. While the product is in beta, it may stop working at any time and all data may be lost.
10.2. After the beta period ends, new limits may be introduced and previously available features may become restricted or unavailable.
