How to use

Select the target event first, then open Comments so the thread stays correctly anchored.
Write the issue, decision needed, and expected action in the first comment message.
Mention teammates directly in the thread to trigger faster ownership and response.
Use replies for decision traceability instead of starting parallel side discussions.
Resolve the thread only after the event is updated and the action is complete.
