How it works
Share safely with role-based access and public read-only options when needed. You can keep one LiveOps timeline while controlling who can edit, comment, or only view.
How to use
- Open Share for the file and decide whether the audience is internal or external.
- Set general access mode: restricted, organization, or public read-only link.
- Invite specific users and assign role levels for viewing, commenting, or editing.
- Copy the link and test access behavior with a non-owner account before rollout.
- Revisit permissions after major milestones to remove stale access entries.
